.  Will you tell us when our recertification date is?

     The recertification date is the expiration date on your last certificate. Give yourself (and us!) at least 30 days before your expiration date to send in your recertification application and fee. The recertification application can be found on the Forms page. Make sure you answer and sign the ethics survey. If you also want the ICRC international credential, page two of the application is for that purpose. Please mail application and check or money order to MAPCB. A suggestion is to track or certify delivery so you are sure that we received it. Only counselors who do not hold a Maryland State credential need to send in proof of the CEUs they've earned in the last 12 months. Otherwise, hold those for the State in case they audit you.
